Agree with Paul here. I have noticed a slight flex on the stem of the Y11 but it’s nothing crazy. I’m under the impression that this is normal, I get similar flex on my Zero 10x and perhaps it helps absorb some inertia force when you brake / accelerate hard.
If you are talking about a bigger motion than just barely noticeable, then check the locking mechanism. Sometimes if you don’t push the lever all the way down and secure it, you get a slightly bigger play in the stem.
