I am wondering what companies out there have good customer service? Im finding out the hard way. I used to be a loyal customer with Apollo and Fluidfreeride....

Just got an update from Fluidfreeride. They want $600 ($350 to diagnose and $250 for shipping) before they will even look at the scooter. Then they will bill me for labor and parts on top of what I paid for. Not cool at all. Just a warning to all that buy from Apollo or a fluidfreeride. Their warranty claims are bs and their service is horrible. Buyer beware.

15 scooters! I thought i was bad with ebikes! Anyways, is this your first Apollo? The only ebike company i ever had issues with was Juiced, but they sell a bunch of ebikes! So far my Apollo has been reliable. Will this change? Only time will tell. But I went by friends real world reccomendations before buying my Apollo, directly from Apollo. If you look up Voro everyone talks crap. Look up Fluid Free, crap talking. Same for the actual companies. What problem are you having and with what model?

sc00ter This is my second Apollo Phantom. Most scooters I bought were Apollo. They ysed to have great customer service. you cant even call them anymore

sc00ter Unfortunately you can’t buy direct from Apollo if your in the US. Trust me, I tried. I didnt want to shell out any $$$ to Fluid, but thats the only way I could buy the Apollo Phantom. They have a distribution agreement.

Just found out from Fluidfreeride, my warranty expired a couple days ago. Iv been trying to fix this damn thing for 2 weeks. Talking to them via email and buying parts. Now, they are willing to help because its out of warranty and they can charge me an arm and a leg.

Andrew Hang on. Am I reading that correctly? They dicked you around for a few weeks until your warranty ran out before helping you?

Alien rides have excellent customer support imo. I brought a scooter from alien rides and when I had a problem I texted them and they answer the owner even gave me his personal cell number.

ItsAqua Thanks for the info. I will definitely keep them in mind for my next scooter purchase. Again, I am shocked at Apollo and Fluid’s customer service. I hope the guys at ESG reads this.

Andrew honestly probably every scooter reviewer out there is paid some sort of way to review scooters. Only way to find out the truth about scooters is to talk to real scooters owners and get their opinion on it

Andrew I thought of getting the phantom from fluid before I brought my VSETT I probably might have even brought the ghost honestly but now I’m thinking I should’ve brought the cruiser

I have 2 Phantoms and 1 Ghost. The ghost is a good scooter (made by Titan or the makers of Zero and rebranded by Apollo)

ItsAqua I just test rode the vsett 10+ at my local ebike shop. I went there to rant about my shitty experience with Fluid. It was ok, not great. New upgrades and options on an old platform. but wasnt bad. Ill check out the cruiser

Im gonna stop by Voromotors in downtown LA this week when I get a chance. They have dualtrons etc. plus I heard they have decent customer service. Fuck Apollo and Fluid

2muchcoffee4me It was just under 2 weeks. I was going back and forth with the company, trying different replacement parts that didnt fix the issue. Yesterday, I ended up going to a 3rd party ebike battery shop. They diagnosed the problem, it will cost $1048 to fix the battery. Now I know why they were dragging their feet. They said half the cells are no good. Thats what you get for using cheaper Chinese batteries and not Samsung or LG. Does anyone know where I can get an aftermarket battery thats cheaper than $1k?

I wonder the same thing. Was the warranty ticking away while the scooter was down? Slight side note: My wife purchased a CFMoto/Qlink 250cc motor scooter, the Helix clone. Had a 2 year warranty. Here’s how the warranty really works! CFMoto makes junk. The scooter breaks-down, goes in the shop and waits for parts for up to 2 months while the warranty continues to tick away. We normally put 10,000 miles a year on our scooters but she only managed 5000 in 2 years. She ended up donating it to a thrift store. NEVER buy a CFMoto/Qlink product. It will live in the back of a shop because it’ll constantly fall apart.
