I am wondering what companies out there have good customer service? Im finding out the hard way.
I used to be a loyal customer with Apollo and Fluidfreeride. Iv purchased about 15 scooters throughout the years. Iv had little issues, but when there are problems, its a nightmare to work with these companies. Apollo doesnt even have a customer service line anymore. you can email them, but have to wait a week or more just for a simple response. Fluid, first referred me to a service company 2 hours away from my house. Turns out, this company is some guy who works out of his garage part time and he’s not certified to fix or diagnose anything. my next step is to spend $250 for shipping just so they can take a look at the scooter. Understand, this is still under full warranty! They wont help me over the phone. I tried multiple times. they wont call you back either. Im looking for a company that will pick up the phone, or at least call back, honor their warranty, and answer any questions the customer has. I spent $2500 on this scooter and it only lasted 7 months. Terrible customer service 🙁
