Error code 12 for "bird air " electric scooter.?

YenrabPettiford We don’t have a Bird Air to look at, but I think it might be built or at least have Ninebot guts inside. If that’s the case, error code 12 is a motor phase (basically controller) issue.

Any other symptoms you’re getting or details you can provide? Is this stock or did you try to do any any mods on it? I’m guessing the scooter is not functioning.

If you purchased it in the last 180 days, definitely reach out to Bird as soon as possible, since motor controllers are only covered under warranty for that long.

Error code 12 may mean, stop at the nearest Subway for a 12-in meatball and cheese… 🙂)
