We didn’t ship out any scooters on August due to recently Increased return requests for the 2021-2022 TN-X series.
After a long period of intense use the front wheel may rub against the connected cable. Also some customer try to set passowrd for the TN-X series scooter but if they forget password they will not able to use or rest it easily.
So we stopped to sell and shipping the 2022 model in August and were just wait for the newest 2023 model TN-X3 which changed the design and solved the issue. Just we get a delay on shipping company due to multiple reasons.
We will finish the replacement with the newest model and will update the information here after we finish the claim case.
