Apollo Phantom V2 60V or Vsett 10+

I’m looking to buy my first electric scooter for use to get around my local area and ride along bike/walking paths near me as well, It doesn’t need to be fastest just after a nice stable ride. I am 180cm / 5’9 and about 106kg / 233 pounds. So looking for something with a max weight of 130kg / 185 pounds or better. Right now I’m looking at the Apollo Phantom V2 60V and the Vsett 10+ 60V 25.6AH. any suggestions on these two? The one thing I’m worried about is acceleration.

Fixated ur worried about acceleration? U want to go fast or slow all can be tone down by what setting ur on. Both are good choices i think the vset is faster but u will never really go that fast regardless unless u have nice straight aways..

Fixated I have the V1 52 V version. I agree those are both good choices, I think the Phantom will be a lower price and they have local representation for repairs in Canada. Although they get overloaded with inquiries so takes time to get back to you. The Vsett will be about 5mph faster on the top end if that is really that important, I can ride to work and back home on a single charge on my phantom mostly through the park trails in my area which is a 50 km trip in total. So range is decent on the Phantom.

Do not get the Apollo Phantom unless you ride one first and like it. I do not like the low speed maneuverability of V1 or V2, but you may.

I have The V1 and a Mantis 10 pro. I agree the Mantis is more nimble overall.
In slow speed when for example you have to maneuver around some people on a bike path while it does a sharp turn the V1 needs slightly more attn. But with anything after 100 miles your body will adjust to the Phantoms balance points. IMO the V1 is an all purpose “robust” ride so its not the best in any terrain but can handle off and on road situations quickly.

I have a question about the test according to gps vsettu 10+ if it was tested in the possible sport mode and if you have any data on pmt tires previously tested?

We tested the Vsett 10+ in full boost mode.

We haven’t done any testing on PMT’s. In the past PMT didn’t have any 10″ tires available, but that may have changed. I know they have been expanding their product line lately, or at least product availability in the USA.
