PaulN I agree. Apollo keeps “upgrading”, but they can’t even sort out the problems that they already have.
Their customer service offering only “sorry, we’re overwhelmed” just doesn’t cut it.
They aren’t new to this game. They should have long sorted out their customer service issues and staffing long ago. Why haven’t they? Because they are happy just taking your money, hoping the scooters they drop ship to you from China hold up, and if they don’t…they just make excuses.
Every scooter can have issues, that’s a given. It’s how the companies deal with them that matters, and Apollo fails.
I would never recommend them to anyone.
