I threw your options into our performance comparison database:
All data above is our tested performance data. Basically the City has the best acceleration/topspeed, while the Touring has a bit less top speed and slightly better hill climb. The Horizon is the least expensive option, but still competitive in terms of range and speed.
The Touring has the largest deck and great suspension which def gives it better ride quality than the Horizon. Touring also has highest ground clearance which is nice for dropping off curbs etc. Touring has slightly smaller tires than the City, so not as good for bad roads where larger tires are king.
Here’s how I think of these options:
- City - best speed, performance, and slightly larger tires make it a bit more apt on rough roads
- Touring - giant deck and good suspension crush on ride quality (though dimensions are still similar to the other option), solid performance
- Horizon - Slightly weaker acceleration than Touring, but really good range and generally least expensive option (listed as $849 on list, but looks like$ 799 right now)
