Isinwheel i9 not working

Hi, I recently put my isinwheel i9 on charge and waited for the battery charger light to go green (which it did after roughly 3 hours). But there is nothing powerwise happening now? I’m unsure if there’s no power coming from the battery or if the power button isn’t working, or indeed another problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated

ItsAqua hi, yes but without proof of purchase, which I cannot find, they aren’t willing to help.
I have now removed the battery cover and found that a wire connecting to the battery appears to be the problem. If I hold it at a certain angle then everything works, but as soon as I let go it turns off.

The worst company possible. Every scooter from them didn’t work after a few days. They didn’t want to give my money back, no refunds. I do not recommend anyone to buy from this store. Chumps and scammers.
