A lot of scooters use the same frame but from what I know and REVRides were the one who influenced the design of the Vsett frame and it was built from scratch. I don’t know what point you’re trying to make here beside you buying unbranded scooters and selling them. A lot of the scooters company buy the frame rebrand them and throw their own twist to the scooter. The x11 uses the same frame of the zero 11x the red and black one Apollo use that frame for the ghost. Mukuta uses the Vsett frame. Manufacturers label the frames as such so scooter company’s can buy them and rebrand them as their own.
