Well, taking it home has it’s advantages, like knowing it’s at least clean and doesn’t have someone else’s coodies on it. Haha. My question is how does one keep the batteries charged? I know nothing about these rental scooters so I don’t know if the charger is built-in along with the power cord. It is a good way to find out if you’re comfortable riding around on one of these things weaving in and out of traffic. Then if you find it really suits you, you can go looking for something to buy, either new or used. Like 2muchcoffee4me says though, wear a helmet and maybe gloves. Also, don’t go blowing through stop signs and stop lights without looking. That’s a good way to ruin a day when a 4000 pound car hits you. There’s no shrugging that off.
