If you could post a video, or link to video it would be super helpful. Sometimes when the motor controllers fail, it will cause shaking in the motor. It’s also possible that you have a bad bearing, or something is loose. But video would help a lot. Put the scooter on a bench or table, get the motor spinning and record it.
If it’s under warranty definitely reach out to Bird/the retailer as well.
