While 2muchcoffee4me's answer may seem harsh, he/she is not wrong. Your Hover-1 is basically a disposable scooter. Unless you have the skills to repair whatever is wrong with it without having to buy spare parts (if spare parts are even available), it would probably be cheaper to buy another one. I can tell you that replacing the battery alone would cost pretty much $100. Having to have someone fix it for you would make it even worst, unless it was a child getting paid $2.00 a day working on it. Most likely that was who built it in the first place to sell for that price. Not trying to be mean here, just honest.
