Does the blue and white wire go anywhere?
Did you try doing a Google search for “GW52-10S-0-07 battery”?

Here is a pic of the battery info and the 3 wires it looks like the blue and white wire runs up to power button and info screen on Handel bars the best I can see. I have searched everywhere can’t find this battery. No response back from macwheel. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Davebrad Blue and white to me look like signal wires, Like something that would read how much battery life is remaining or sensor that reacts with heat if battery is overheated. Maybe it goes to the control cluster?

If you can’t get help from the factory, maybe a local battery service center could make you a new generic one here. They take apart the old battery then copy it and re-solder the wires in place and shrink wrap everything so its just like the old one with new batteries.

That’s the problem I’m having. I have contacted everyone I could think of that has anything to do with batteries I keep getting we don’t have that battery go back to Mac wheel. They don’t respond I found a battery with the same plug in’s minus the blue snd white plug I am thinking of buying it and see if it will work. I can live without the battery reading that I think that is what that plug does.

Hi Everyone, I have a macwheel MX1 as well. I found a company called Jag35 from a youtube guy that buys and sells these batteries like crazy. A direct replacement battery can be purchased on JAG35, it comes with an XT30 connector that you will have to change to an xt60 connector, other than that they are the same battery. I personally purchased the R5 battery because it has almost twice the capacity, but I am modifying my scooter to accept this battery, I can post updates on the process for anyone interested. Could you please confirm if any special connectors are required for the R5 Battery in comparison to the 30-cell 36V 8AH, Scooter Battery Pack for the MacWheel? I am facing a similar issue with my MacWheel and suspect it to be a battery failure. As I am quite handy, it would be great if you could share the steps or a video tutorial that outlines the process you followed to convert your scooter. I have the same problem. I have a blue and white wire coming out of the battery. Seems like its a controller wire. But all batteries i see have a 3 wire harness to it. Has anyone figured out how to solve this?
