So, that is not for me, but what scooter would be advisable for someone in Arizona, compliant with the laws (if i read this correctly, 20 mph and 75 pounds scooter weight) does not necessitate registration.

If registration, would you still be able to ride on the suicide-bike paths?

Weight: 300 pounds
Range: 10 miles single distance (hence, 15-18 miles at least)

Price: as low as possible.
So far, emove touring fits the bill nicely, not sure if emove cruiser would be “legal” just riding as is?

I would tend to avoid Apollo, emove seems to provide the best range, but is there something else? Also, prefer either tubeless air or solid rear tyre.
