Grips favoured by ESG crew?

Hi guys! I hope you are all doing well! I just received my new Mantis Pro a couple of weeks ago. It is my very first scooter so I am loving it. It has been fun slowly getting used to the torque. I love the amazing range and did my first 55k ride (34 mile?) and finished with tons of battery life left.

I may end up changing out the hand grips and was wondering what after market grips the gang at ESG and the rest of the community like? I know Chuck is a grip aficionado so wondered what his go to is.

Thank you for the suggestion David. I did go with an ODI grip. Choose one a bit thinner and, of course needed something to match the Yankee blue. I appreciate all that you do on the ESG social media feeds…keep it up…you are great!

My favorites are the ones that come on the Apollo Ghost. I’m more sure where to get them though. I checked Amazon and also Apollo’s website and didn’t see them.

Hey MichaelMM hope those new grips work well for you. Personally I need grips that are larger towards the outside edges. This is because much of the gripping force when accelerating seems to locate itself on my pinkie and ring fingers. This is why I prefer grips like the ones DrScootLittle mentioned that are larger towards the outside, but all of this may depend on riding style and hand size. Luckily grips are cheap and you can try a couple of styles until you find one that fits well. Your scooter looks great - very cool with the Yankees!
