Yao My story is documented on this forum as well. I would also Check out “Scoota gang’s” YouTube videos as well he has a series on the phantom in his playlist. He is a well known scooter reviewer, and one of the best because he won’t take money for his reviews. Some of my story is there too in the comments. Apollo actually threatened him for documenting the truth.
I still say Apollo is a victim of their own success that was hurt by having great marketing, which resulted in sales way beyond their ability to deliver product. The global supply issue (and container shortage, delay’s and skyrocketing costs out of Asia, something I have experience with as well) They can’t keep up, so they became “evasive” because they don’t want to lose the sales. Their scooter concept is great and IMO a good price point for a larger scooter with well conceptualized features, but the quality of the finished product is hit and miss and they had so many technical upgrades required because of it.
I second cattitude’s comment about them botting people on YouTube comments on line, They did this to me a few weeks ago as well. You only need to check out the user’s channel that is replying to you to see that its a fake account. usually a newer account with no subs, no playlists etc. I’ll bet they are deleting negative comments on their own social media platforms as well.
