Segway Ninebot Max Battery

My Segway Ninebot Max won’t charge anymore. It was working fine then somehow the Mickey Mouse charging plug broke off inside the receptacle. I pulled it out with pliers and the display said it had a full charge. After riding about 2 miles it completely died. For awhile the display was showing “Red” on the battery level but now the display is completely dead. So I either have a bad battery or bad charging port. Does that sound right? I can’t find any information about how to buy/replace the battery.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. I did that. They said something about a licensed technician would have to look at at and told me they would put me on waiting list to be contacted about repair. My concern there is that I think the nearest Segway repair location is over 250 miles away.
