Hello my friend
since my technical english is not the best, it’s hard to explain exactly what the fault is, but it has to do with the inductance.
in my case I removed everything. (z-920, “throttle handle” etc.) and disassembled everything, even components in the black box) after many measurements I concluded that in my case the damage had occurred due to moisture. but I was unable to locate which component it was.
the only way is for you to contact the dealer and change the entire “throttle handle” as well as the starter box. When I did that, everything worked perfectly. It is a very simple repair. The only thing you need is a screwdriver :-)
