Have an evercross E1, will not lock into place after unfolding. Been searching an hour to find a repair place in Cleveland, Ohio,area with no luck! The websites state they fix electric scooters and when I call, they say absolutely not. So frustrated! I bought a used one, so no warranty, which is ok, I just need a person to help. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
