So my family’s electric scooter has been through a lot of small pebbles and branches and whatnot. However, every time we use it now it’ll go about 0.1 miles (not a typo!!!) before the battery goes from 4 bars, to 3 bars, then to 2, then to 1 final bar until it dies in a matter of 5 seconds. Yet, when I try to turn it back on, it does, with a full 4 bars! If you try to ride it again, however, it will die in a matter of 10 seconds at MAX. It won’t turn on again unless you give it a while (usually it works after 1-2 hours), and it still will do the EXACT SAME PATTERN. Could you help us fix this?
Also, it might help mentioning that it makes a strange sound when it is actually working; like a small branch is hacking into the wheels and making it sound strange; however the speed has stayed consistent since the day we got it.
