Hi, does anyone repair e scooters near wisbech, or can anyone tell us why a new scooter won’t turn on

after the 4 hour charge ?

Can you tell us what scooter it is?

If it’s new and DOA hopefully you can just return to wherever you bought it from. All scooters are going to come from the factory charged around 40-50%, so even if it were a charging problem, I would still expect it to power on.
