I keep hitting my Low Voltage Cutoff

I just bought the Qiewa Q Power which came with 2 × 60V 2800W motors. 60V 30AH Battery. My Low voltage cutoff is set to 46 volts. I took it out for my first long ride and it died. Any idea what would be causing this? Bad battery? Qiewa support has been very poor and they take way too long to communicate.

This is what was occurring on my first Phantom. When i tried to recharge the scooter it showed full charge but it would die after only a few km’s and i was walking home pushing it.
How far did you get?
Was it fully charged before you started riding?
What is the average expected range for that brand of scooter?

Yes I charged it fully before first use. I went about 3 miles and it was running good. Then all of a sudden it just quit. I had to take an uber home. After I got home about 45 minutes later it would turn back on. I think something happens internally where the voltage slowly builds back up to get above the 46V cutoff so it turns back on. Then took it out again and it quit on me even sooner. I went about a half mile and it shut off. The scooter range is up to 62 miles on single motor mode and 34 miles on dual motor mode. So it should have plenty of range. It’s clearly some sort of malfunction.
