You didn’t mention price range, some of the high end scooters are bigger, The Apollo Phantom is a big robust scooter for a mid range price, and you could adjust up or even maybe find some handlebars that were taller to retrofit as long as you have enough slack in the cables. Maybe Apollo could retrofit a stock one with a few extra inch tall handlebar? You could always ask their chat bar, the worst they could say is no.
Another very big scooter is of course the Wolf Warrior. Maybe try that too, but that is another $700 or more higher than the Apollo and is hard to lug around if you have to go up stairs or load into a car as it folds outward taking up a lot of space + it is 101 pounds. vs Apollo at 76 pounds. I have to go up/down some stairs with mine, I really wouldn’t want more weight than the 76 pounds I move now.
