Those are two very different scooters. I ride both and prefer the OXO slightly mainly due to the deck size on the 10+ being just a bit too short for my taste.
Lots to compare here, but overall, I don’t like to have my rear foot up on the tail fin. I also don’t need all the torque provided by the 10+. With that said build quality on the 10+ is top notch – it is absolutely a scooter I’d recommend.
