If you’re looking at the Kaaba skywalker 10c, and need an IP rating, I’d recommend the Emove cruiser… It offers similar power/top speed/price/etc. but has an IPX6 water resistance rating…
As for the importance of water resistance rating, no scooter manufacturer warranty actually covers water damage, rather the IP rating is an indicator of how much effort the company has put into making the scooter waterproof. So it doesn’t mean that it can’t be ridden in the rain… it just may ruin the scooter. There’s a lot you can do to waterproof the scooter yourself, but it would probably be better to start w/ good IP rating in the first place
