Light 2 failure again 3rd time

So I’ve now had my inokim back and done 14km on it only for it to accure same issue of scooter turning of not powering on and not charging, yet again for 3rd time controller has failed. Either company I bought mine off an a new replacement both has had same issue maybe a dodgy batch from inokim. I had since April this year and they have spent more time travelling with postal service an in repair than I’ve had in my possession. I’m at my wits end with the failures so frustrating I must say. Roll on next year when I will have enough to upgrade to a vsett 10+

Which model Inokim do you have. This sounds like it may be a battery issue if the controller isn’t fixing it.

@DrScootLittle so I have the light 2 model so yes my first one they tried fixing various parts like controller etc an they couldn’t get it working so sent a brand new one but then this one has now had it controller fail 3 times an each time I’ve had it back it breaks again. It only done 14km before it was broke again. The bit that frustrating is the company has a 10 days return policy but won’t speed it up for me even though it same issue every time last time took over 3 weeks for them to get it back in post to me

Man, that’s rough — three controller failures in such a short time is beyond frustrating. Sounds like you might’ve gotten caught in a bad batch from Inokim, especially if both the original and the replacement had the same issue. No one wants to spend more time mailing scooters back and forth than actually riding them.

Hopefully the Vsett 10+ upgrade next year brings some peace of mind. In the meantime, I’ve found taking a break with something like the Getting Over It mod helps me chill when tech lets me down. It’s just as infuriating in its own way, but kind of therapeutic too.
