Just received the v4 3 days ago- it powered on initially- I was going through the test as outlined in the manual when I got to the section where you press the power button five times very quickly to put it in lock mode/ park - When I pressed it five more times, it would not come out. I should’ve stopped right there but I thought I’d maybe done something wrong with the wiring since none of the cables were labeled was very confusing actually anyways after I reconnected the cables and learned that you can only get it out of p mode in later production Models by using the app. No, I’m in a situation where I can’t get it to power on and of course I can’t connect Bluetooth to get out of park mode which it still is for some reason very strange phenomenon going on the scooter won’t power up, but when I long press the power mode to turn it on I’m able to turn the lights on with two quick presses And when I power it down, keep in mind is not really powered up so I should say when I long press the power button again for three seconds, I’m not able to do two quick presses of the power button to turn the lights So It’s definitely registering. I’m so frustrated with the situation as I bought the phantom to tie me over while my CPR Fixed and looked at so now I have no And I’m very frustrated with Service when I talk to the support technician finally after two days of reaching out, I kind of got the feeling that he was blaming me and I don’t like that very Very arrogant. Now I’m considering just returning it, and being done with Apollo and going for the inokim oxo. I mean from what I hear Antom is a good Scoot But it For the city and it’s not really built for jumps or off-road, even though it looks like it could handle it, but it doesn’t look as smooth as some of the scooters out there like the pro, the city, pro and even the new Punk rider pro- It actually looks like a rugged off-road scooter that can only handle the street which really concerns me and you can’t get it wet either I bought An extra year for the Apollo scooter, but going through this process when I haven’t even ridden the scooter yet how difficult it is to get an exchange or probably now in my case a refund there’s no way in hell they would honor something that was nine months old with or without the extended warranty I don’t buy it! I already did it I bet you they’ll give me shit for trying to get a refund on that as well Keep you updated if anybody’s got any suggestions, please please let me know. I’ve got a video conference call coming up with them Monday. I really, really really Apollo family and keep buying their scooters but this experience has really rubbed me the wrong way. I’m sad about it actually-? Way more disappointed than I am angry. It’s a bad deal I don’t know why they treat Do that’s not how you earn long time business Which makes me think that they’re not in it for the long-haul or something I bet they sell the company to some Who come in keep their models and just milk it for cheaper parts cheaper labor keep the name just like every other business That makes sense to me. You only treat customer like that if you know you’re not gonna be there for too long right don’t you want the customer to come back after the scooters life is over? Doesn’t seem to be the that way in my case anyways any and all feedback is welcome. Thanks for reading.
