This was what occurred to me as well last year, I believe i have my 3 month experience well documented on a post in this forum. However mine got a very few Km’s before it died. If you just got the scooter - I know it sucks, contact Apollo and get return authorization for your Phantom and send it back, hopefully you kept your original box. (I highly recommend people keep their packaging at least through the first warranty year). Go on their official website - where you ordered it - and first try the chat function, leave a message/email. They will eventually get back to you. I know late last summer they were trying to work with existing electric scooter /bike dealers, trying to get sub contracted service with them. Also they had postings looking for mechanics and a service manager on LinkedIn. Hopefully they will do better in the future…
If you are in Montreal, i would consider going to their main facility and taking it there yourself. The Toronto “pop up” store is just that - no service only a sales dealer.
I like my scooter, but i have very mixed feelings about the experience you get as a client of Apollo.
