I get where you’re coming from. But, I was able to get one good ride out of it before the battery issue. The first thing I was anxious to check were certain hills that many other scooters wouldn’t pull. Even my driveway is long and straight up. My scooter pulled it in it’s highest settings without hesitation. The 5,600W, 60V, 36Ah was apparently what I needed. It also zipped right up 2 other very steep and long inclines I was worried about in the neighborhood. Shortly thereafter though my battery dropped to around 61 fully charged. The manufacturer finally started working with me and I’m waiting on my new battery. They too feel that’s what the problem is. So, I guess I’ll have to wait and see. In either case I knew what these scooters were capable of because as my friend has the same one. That’s why I really recommended it as much as I did. 👍
