Can anyone recommend a repair facility or person located anywhere in So CAL? No IKONIM dealers here, and I will need to perform some repairs and maintenance on my QUICK 4. Google search didn’t yield any suitable match. Sigh…

Hi Faith! Fluidfreeride (Inokim dealer ) is rapidly expanding its repair operations. They’ll have a shop in San Francisco soon, but I don’t know if they have one in LA yet.

Today I drove out to 3 e-scooters and e-bikes stores, and none of them do repairs. 2 of them sell e-scooters (low end ones). None of them knew of a repair shop in So CAL. It’s easier to fix my 1932 Ford roadster than this brand new e-scooter LOL. What the heck?

I was given the name of a guy in Long Beach but he doesn’t returns his phone calls, and doesn’t seem to ever pick up his phone. i don’t know where his shop is, if I did I would drive out there. Not sure how many voice mails I will have to leave before he calls me back… if he ever does??

I’m looking for someone to install forged fork mounts on my Wolf King plus a few other things, I looked up Yelp and found a place called “Green Bike Electric Motion” and saw they do scooters, I’ll give them a call and see what they can do. They’re located in Reseda.

I’ve been wondering about repair facilities in So Cal as well. I’m new to the scooter world and just bought 2 Segway Ninebox Max scooters. So far they have been great but I searched everywhere for a local company that could repair these things if they ever break (not even concerned about warranty coverage) and I could not find any.

I initially had a problem with one of the scooters. The unit powered on but the accelerator did not work. I tried calling Segway for help and they only thing they could offer me was to ship it back to them to look at it. They couldn’t even suggest any troubleshooting.

So I unplugged the power cord and reseated it, and it started working. But if I have a problem that I can’t fix on my own I’m wondering if I’m going to be out of luck.

Has anyone found a shop that services Segway scooters in So Cal?
