I got an auto-generated email response to my submission for a warranty repair, but after that, nothing whatsoever. They literally have abandoned the sale entirely. After weeks of emailing them asking for info and getting no response, I was able to file a claim with my CC to block/reverse the charge which they did, pending them contacting the company. That was probably 6 weeks ago, so I’m pretty hopeful the reverse charge will stick. For the single week that the scooter ran, I actually liked it a lot, so now I have a broken scooter in my basement hoping to find someone to take a look at it. After getting my money back from the CC company, I replaced it with a Hilboy S2Pro for my son–it’s a functional necessity for us for his transportation. It does the job–brakes and lights are actually a little better, but the Gotrax was a far superior ride with the air tires. I would still LOVE to get it fixed to have both!
