Hi Ive just joined so I hope this is in the right place and on the right topic.
I have a brand new Kirin Gugoo ES2 electric scooter put together today and its awesome!
I realise there is an app for this and I have downloaded them and used the qr code and all on the page and it just wont pair with my scooter.
I have wifi and bluetooth on the app and the Kugoo shows up then it says add in password for the app of 000000 and I do this, so its then added to my bluetooth items (only 3 altogether) but it dosent pair with the app. Ive updated the phone (Samsung S20), added the apple app just in case with Kugoo App and nothing - any ideas please? Thank you.
