I broke my gotrax at the front axel (I think that would be the best term), and the bolt which held the wheel into the handle column is disconnected. Is anyone aware of a possible fix? Or anywhere I could take it in DownTown LA for a repair?
If the front wheel broke off the scooter, it normally needs to get the new set of bolt and screws, and install the wheel to the scooter again. I suggest you contact the seller, they will have this small parts. Hope this is helpful.
Please post photos if you have them. I’m having a hard time picturing exactly what’s broken. Hopefully, you’ve been able to reach GoTrax in the meantime. Let us know about that. I’m curious about their customer service response these days.
