Costco.ca is carrying some new electric scooters called the Verge and Verge Pro from a company called GEN3 based in Bellevue, WA.

I’m not familiar with this brand or scooter at all, and there is hardly anything out there in terms of reviews, though they have some marketing videos on their products on YT, which are only a several weeks old.
Does anyone have any experience or other information on the company/product?
I like the specs of their Verge model and ordered it, and from the marketing video they have, it seems like it will fit my needs.
I ordered it mostly due to balance of size, weight (30 lbs), range (20 miles), water resistance, potential durability/build quality, customer service potential, and cost effectiveness.
I did chat with their team about the battery manufacturer, they use Samsung cells (don’t know what that necessarily means though).
Expected delivery will be mid-October, so we’ll see how things go, at least Costco has a great return policy.
