Just thought I would post this as couldn’t find the info anywhere. I pre-ordered a Phantom in August and was wondering if that batch would be getting the new controllers and throttle. So I emailed customer service and got the below reply. Very excited now to get it in 4 weeks!!

This batch is considered the updated version of the Phantom. So yes I can confirm, they are the new and improved Phantoms with thicker necks (9MM), brighter displays, tougher kickstands, better fitting plastic corner pieces, flush rear footrest, and new throttles and controllers.
