Delays on Apollo Orders

Hi All,

I ordered an Apollo City back in August and the shipping date keeps getting pushed back (the latest now being October 15). Anyone else in the same boat and know if these delays will continue? I was hoping to get my e-scooter before the winter months. Should I attempt to cancel and go for the Ninebot?

I’m in the same boat. ESG when you offer a discount code you should also let us know the code was for preorder.
I would have never chose this if i thought i would buy in summer to receive in winter i understand that there is a backlog in l.a. but what is truly sad is that there is only one place to get the apollo’s and that’s not even from apollo it self.
This has made this a truly disappointing experience.

Apollo is a good company. I would wait it out.

I purchased the Apollo ghost with hydraulic brakes a month ago. I love this scooter. Apollo has service centers and a warranty .also repair videos if you get a flat tire.
