My XR ultra just stopped working. I was riding when the scooter suddenly started riding rough and with a lot of resistance. Now, the motor will no longer accelerate and there is a very rough, “bumpy” feeling coming from the front motor whenever I press the brakes. The dash display shows no error codes and still turns on normally. Any ideas on what this could be? I’ve already emailed Gotrax support, but they weren’t very helpful so I figured I would try and post here.
