ShawnHolderfield Haven’t ridden the OUTSTORM, but the scooter database will be your friend:
Just hit show dimensions and you can see deck to handlebar distances for all the scooters we’ve tested. It’s has both min and max for handlebars that adjust or are telescoping.
Manufacturers don’t usually provide this data (and are often wrong in basic measurements like this, so we measure).
We don’t have every scooter, so obviously some values missing.
The QPower is discontinued, but they have the QPower 2 now.
