You’ve probably checked already, but make sure the three small Allen bolts in your swing arm are tight. If they are loose then the caliper could drag on the rotor.
That’s the only thing I can think of that could change the spacing. Other than that a missing spacer between the wheel and swing arm could also cause this, but only if the wheel has been completely removed at some point.
The bracket getting bent would also cause this, but it looks very stout.
