I’d put it up on top of a crate (or anything you can use to get both wheels off the ground, that’s not wobbly). then push the suspension up and let it fall down and check for anything that’s really loose. While you have it up there, I agree with Justin that lubing things is a good way to go. I like to use CRC lithium grease spray because it penetrates and then dries into a long lasting paste. Be very very very careful with any lubricant that you don’t get even a little bit on your brakes. You can clean it off with brake cleaner or alcohol if this happens, but lubricants also love to hide in the holes that rotors have in the discs :-)
