Replacement rear WHEEL go Gotrax XR Ultra

hi all - I hit the curb and bent the axle. Does anyone know how to get a replacement rear WHEEL (my tire/tube is fine) for a Gotrax XL Ultra (air filled)? I cannot find it anywhere and Gotrax is out of stock with no sign of replacements in sight. thank you!

segalja I’m also having issues with my XR ultra. Unfortunately, Gotrax’s customer support might as well be non-existent and it appears that no one makes spare parts for them. Guess I won’t be buying from them again.

We have the same issue with our GoTrax. I’m trying to find out where I can get it fixed

That is an interesting question. I would have thought a standard Amazon rear wheel 8.5″ would work, but i have not yet had to try that.

Is the axle bent, or the entire wheel? Can you post a photo?
