HannahMann I unscrewed the bottom of it where the battery is and unplugged a orange power clip thing with 2 wires coming from it and plugged it back in. My scooter started working just fine after that. Hope this helps

We’re out of luck..unfortunately…my husband thinks it’s the wiring and can’t return it either.

Mine wouldn’t power on either so I disconnected battery and connected it again and it powered on but it won’t go very far and it just shuts itself off

I had the same problem it’s won’t turn on . The issue was water in the charging port I dry it up and after was working again
