Won't turn on

Hi I have a scooter I bought from someone and it worked fine for a day then I got it fully charged then I started to ride it and only got halfway down my road and it turned off while I was riding it and I couldn’t get it to turn back on. I don’t know what company made it but I do have the model number which it X10157/FW-H85B. I live in Claremore Oklahoma and don’t know any place to get it fixed. Could someone help me.

I would try charging it again to make sure the charger is actually functioning correctly. If the charger has lights on it, please report what color they are indicating and if they change when plugged in for a while.

justin When I have it unplugged the light is green but when I plug it in the light is also green. When I first plugged it in the scooter wasn’t fully charged and it was red when I plugged it in so I left it to charge and then the next day I started writing it and it was fully charged and end up turning off on its own while fully charged. Also I think that’s the one I have but it’s white.

LunaTheKittybat Sounds like it is fully charged.

It’s really common for the brake sensor switch (part of the brake lever) which tells the scooter you are braking to get stuck down.

This cuts off the motor and people will think the scooter is dead. You might try messing with this and see if it will start running again. Sometimes you can easily disconnect the wire that goes to the brake lever to test this.

One thing you did say was that the scooter turned off – did the display also go off? If the display turned off then it’s probably not a brake sensor issue.
