Tires with or without inner tubes

I was looking at the Apollo explore 52v 18ah 1000w and has inner tubes. Compared to the emove cruiser 52v 30ah 600w tubeless tires. Question ❓ are inner tube tires weak compared to tubeless tires ? More prone to flats ??

Also want to add that tubeless tires tend to me more difficult to change because they make an extremely tight seal with the rim.

Many scooters with tubed tires (including the Explore last I checked) are now coming with a split rim which make them easier to replace.

Best of both worlds would be tubeless tires with split rim, but this doesn’t exist yet likely due to the difficulty of getting a split rim able to seal tightly against itself.

Inner tubes can get pinch flats, tubeless not. Both can be punctured, but maybe tubeless are more resilient. Also, slime helps against puncture, but not so much pinch flats.
