realscooterguy Alien Rides has the best 2 year, no-nonsense warranty for the VSett, which is awesome. I haven’t seen any complaints about him and he’s a respected reviewer whose now launched his own sales site.
VORO is another retailer that I recommend. They sell a lot of units and have their share of complaints (you can find some on here and other forums). My impression is that they drop the ball sometimes but seems like even the critics get a good resolution.
I mentioned this in a different complaint thread, but it’s pretty hard for us to quantitatively evaluate retailer quality. When we run retailer satisfaction surveys, they are heavily skewed towards respondents that are happy and so pretty much everyone ends up getting good reviews (not helpful). All retailers that have been around long enough or sold enough scooters seem to get complaints. We definitely steer people away from obvious scam/fly-by-night etc retailers. Hopefully that answers your question. We use to have some type of rating for retailers in our YT videos, but we can’t ever change them, even if someone’s service goes to sh*t – so we stopped doing that.
As for EMOVE Cruiser Vs VSett 10+. Quite different scooters. The VSett 10+ is very performance-oriented whereas the Cruiser is … well a long-ranged cruiser. Both are fun to ride and have long range. The Cruiser, of course, has the legendary range. Build quality is better on the 10+, but it’s also a more expensive scoot.
