The easiest thing might be installing Armor Dilloz sealant or tire slime. The hardest version, would be installing an internal patch. Basically a bicycle tube patch, but applied on the inside of the tire.
I’ve never tried a tubeless plug kit on a scooter, but I have heard of people using automotive repair kits successfully. (the ones that look like they contain strings covered in snot) The only thing I would worry about with these is that they require a fairly large hole to fit into, and I’d be worried about structurally damaging the casing of the tire if you have to make the hole bigger, to fit the patch material in there. My favorite kit that I use on my motorcycle tires is this one
But I haven’t tried it on scooter tires.
