While I’ve been commuting daily via motorcycle, rain or shine, for over 20 years and even raced motorcycles in the rain, I haven’t spent much time riding in the wet on scooters. I’m looking forward to doing some wet-weather testing on some IP rated scooters. Chuck and I each have our list of which scooters we think will do the best, and they’re really different lists. So I’m looking forward to getting to the bottom of the best rain/winter rides.
I don’t want to spill the beans on what my picks are, but I’m leaning toward rear wheel drive, pneumatic tires, and of course IPX4 or better.
