Purchase mine for 450.00, it was well worn in, but didn’t have too many scratches or dings. After having the mini for a couple of weeks now, I noticed the easy wobbling at the higher speeds.I would intentionally wobble it while riding and didn’t like it at all because if you didn’t grip tightly at the higher speed, it could be disasterious. Even hitting uneven road bumps fast very scary and dangerous. What I did to fix this is I got a older spark plug gapper, with different measurement blades and got the .007 thousands blade, broke off 2 pieces of it about an inch in length removed handlebar stem. Removed a little screw that is on the inner stem after removing handlebars.you also have to remove a small screw on the outside of the stem near bottom in front.lift the neck connected to platform.Wheel section will start to separate from neck. Insert 2 pieces below the bearings,in between the inner shaft and outer housing.Mine went right in,you want to make sure the ends of blades are straight , scissors will cut them,no disfiguration. Reassemble, tighten screws . I have no more wobble at all.
