Sorry to hear about this! I don’t know this scooter, but it seems like its either has some lock mode / password option that has been set or you have entered a setting menu on the display.
I would try:
- Power cycle the scooter
- Contact support on rideglarewheel.com (it looks like they have a live chat function)
I search for the manual for your scooter, but couldn’t find one.
It does resemble a Hiboy though, in which case you might try pressing the power button 9 times, which should unlock it. Hiboy has a decent troubleshooting section on their site that might apply to your model.
