Glarewheel s10x pro commuting scooter "000" on display will not run

My child was messing around with it while I was sleeping. Now it has “000” stuck on the display and will not work. I desperately need help asap. I am depending upon it to get to work for 3am. It is 8pm and I still need a nap… HELP, PLEASE!! I will pay whatever necessary. Thanks so much!!!

Sorry to hear about this! I don’t know this scooter, but it seems like its either has some lock mode / password option that has been set or you have entered a setting menu on the display.

I would try:

Power cycle the scooter
Contact support on rideglarewheel.com (it looks like they have a live chat function)

I search for the manual for your scooter, but couldn’t find one.

It does resemble a Hiboy though, in which case you might try pressing the power button 9 times, which should unlock it. Hiboy has a decent troubleshooting section on their site that might apply to your model.

Thanks for the reply, Justin. Unfortunately that did not work. I wrote a new post. I found where the scooter had been rebranded from. Having trouble lecturing the info even still
